Hold fast your commitment and do not give in to the lies of the culture around you. As Paul wrote in Philippians 2:15-16 (ESV)
“that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, 16 holding fast to the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I may be proud that I did not run in vain or labor in vain.”
You are to be like lights to shine in this darkness and no one and nothing can sway you. When the narrative comes about that what you know to be true is false you will not be moved. I have prepared you and am in you and you will listen to the voice of your God and Him alone will you trust; Psalm 2:1-4 (ESV)
“Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain?2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying,3 “Let us burst their bonds apart and cast away their cords from us.” 4 He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision.”
Why do the nations rage and become distressed? Are they in need of a truth that they know is not living in their world? I think it is true that inside of each of My creations there is a hole waiting to be filled by Me and Me alone; 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12 (ESV)
“And with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.11 Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, 12 in order that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”
This will keep them seeking and searching for truth until they find it or choose to take a lie as truth. I know that the whole world is groaning for My Spirit of Truth to be made evident and I will not disappoint them; Romans 8:19 (ESV)
“For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God.”
Wait until the sons of God are to be revealed. It will be a glorious sight for all when they take their rightful place in society. When they stand for all that is good and just and back Me up with words of Truth and manifest My Presence in so many wondrous ways. Can you see it? Can you feel the power of the Living God manifesting to the earth all that He is and all that He promised His creation? Matthew 13:45-46 (ESV)
“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant in search of fine pearls, 46 who, on finding one pearl of great value, went and sold all that he had and bought it.”
When you do you will unearth the character of God lying dormant at this time and like the pearl of great price others will give up every thing they have to attain it.
Go now in the fear of the Lord and in the power of His might. Go in the peace that passes understanding and become the people of God you were always intended to be. Never let the enemy bring you down for he is a liar and will distort all that is true for his agenda. Ezekiel 12:25 (ESV)
“For I am the Lord; I will speak the word that I will speak, and it will be performed. It will no longer be delayed, but in your days, O rebellious house, I will speak the word and perform it, declares the Lord God.”
